Quicken the process of 3rd administering pollution engineering
The
former working procedure of 3rd administering pollution engineering was

as first equipment of dark-liquid distillation of Jinlian Paper Co., 6 pulp-crushing

the dark-liquid extruded from terminal is returned to spouting house, which
realizes adverse current washing, and always in the operation under high
temperature, high pressure and thick dense. It is indicated by testing data
that dark-liquid rate increases 8%, chlorine cost decreases 5%, solid content
of thick slurry is 32%, which is useful for filtration, washing and bleaching
in next working procedure. Distilled dark-liquid with high temperature,
thick dense, by fibrin separation, is sent to Jiangsu Jinfeng Environment
Technology Co., Ltd. for dark-liquid transaction. The engineering reached
the requirement of scheduled design after scenic testing by experts in Finland
on July, 20. The core part of 3rd engineering is dark-liquid resource transaction,
which is the new craftwork developed on the basis of alkali reclamation
in tradition, and core technique is silicon removed and resource reclamation.
Jiangsu Jinfeng Environment Technology CO. Ltd. , established by the joint
venture of Finland CONOX company and Shanghai Darong Engineering Technology
Co. Ltd. has finished all relative procedures, which is enrolled by Huaian
City Business Office, issued business license, and applied for opening an
account in Bank of China, Jinhu. The county government had a meeting focusing
on this item with Finance and Tax departments, and promoted the operation
of this item. General Manager Wu Yongquan negotiated with Shanghai Darong
Company actively and tried to startup as soon as possible. After establishing
of this item, it can be matched with grass pulp dark-liquid with the scale
of 50,000 ton, and reclaim the whole of steam created from lye adoption
with two patent technologies of Finland and America. Moreover, it can use
high pure CO2 to create PCC, the totally invested is 5,000,000 European
Yuan. At present, the initial Chinese enrollment fund 5,500,000 RMB has
reached the account, after the reviewing in detail by relative experts of
foreign investors, the matched enrollment fund of World Bank will be reached
the account recently.
Two: Establish the truth of clean generation; increase the devotion of science
and technology innovation and technology reconstruction
At
the end of last year, Jinlian Paper Company invested 1,500,000 RMB to develop
paper pulp braising and steaming H gene computer automatic control system
with Southeast University, which has been running calmly, increases the
quality of thick pulp markedly, prevents the phenomena of “lack braising”
or “over braising” effectively, and decreases fibrin losing, the grass cost
by 1 ton of paper decreases from 3200kg to 2800kg, while providing reliable
guarantee for well and automatic pulp-mixture and pulp-mating system developed
