3. Increased output value: RMB 72.65 million.
4. Increased profit and tax: RMB 19.25 million (RMB 10.54 million profit).
5. Product type: series of product of 14g-20g toilet paper
6. Total output: 10,000 tons of toilet paper.
7. Main raw material: imported or domestic product pulp.
8. Demand of product pulp: about 11,400 tons per annual of imported and
domestic product pulp.
Ⅱ、The basis of Putting forward the project
With the increasing level of peoples’life and
civilization, toilet paper is necessary in daily life and more and more
acceptted by people. Average using quantity has been close to 2kg in our
country since several years ago and close to 4kg in developed cities.
The future of the toilet paper market is quite dood with the increasing
velocity progressively of over 15% annually.
The majority of factories producing low and middle
grade paper use the rice and wheat grass or waste paper as the material.
Rice and wheat grass are the important material of paper product in China.
The fraternities of paper product in China are always sticking to seeking
hard for how to resolve the problems caused by pollution of the grass
pupple, especially the rice grass pupple. Recently, administering technology
about resolving pollution problems resulted from making pulp by rice hasn’t
been mature, and still has a long process.
The main raw material of this project is imported or
domestic product pulp.
